În 2015 vorbeam cu patos despre povești. Despre storytelling și fir narativ. Credeam cu toată ființa că fotografia de nuntă e despre a spune ceva profund, amplu, sincer. Despre a documenta viața în forma ei brută.
2024 ne găsește într-un peisaj vizual complet transformat. Clipele trebuie să fie concise. Emoțiile — recognoscibile instant. Totul se cere intens, scurt și cu vibe. Nu mai e timp pentru desfășurări. Nici spațiu pentru subtilități. Trăim într-o lume a „reel-urilor” de 15 secunde și a postărilor cu impact maxim într-un scroll. Și e în regulă.

Oamenii nu s-au schimbat fundamental — încă iubesc, încă tremură când își văd părinții dansând pentru prima oară după mult timp, încă plâng când primesc o scrisoare de la bunici. Dar așteptările despre cum se livrează aceste emoții s-au schimbat. Acum, trebuie să fie frumos. Foarte frumos. Cu lumină bună, culori calde și un text care să încapă în caption. Nu ne plângem. Ne adaptăm. Ne-am rafinat ochiul, ne-am calibrat intenția. Am învățat să împletim esteticul cu esențialul, să păstrăm un fir roșu chiar și când totul pare fragmentat.

Acesta nu e un „Best of” în sens clasic. E o selecție a ceea ce am reușit să surprindem într-o lume în mișcare rapidă. Un colaj de momente care au bifat atât emoția sinceră, cât și feed-ul perfect. E ce a fost 2024: frumos, intens și (aproape) mereu pe fugă. Dar real.

In 2015, we spoke passionately about stories. About storytelling and narrative flow. We truly believed that wedding photography was about saying something deep, expansive, honest. About documenting life in its rawest form.
2024 finds us in a completely transformed visual landscape. Moments need to be concise. Emotions — instantly recognizable. Everything must be intense, short, and vibey. There’s no time for unfolding. No space for subtlety. We live in a world of 15-second reels and scroll-stopping posts. And that’s okay.

People haven’t fundamentally changed — they still love, still tremble when they see their parents dancing for the first time in years, still tear up when they receive a letter from their grandparents. But expectations around how those emotions are delivered have changed. Now, it has to look good. Really good. With beautiful light, warm tones, and a caption-ready message. We’re not complaining. We adapt. We’ve refined our eye, recalibrated our intent. We’ve learned to weave the aesthetic with the essential, to keep a red thread even when everything feels fragmented.

This isn’t a “Best of” in the classic sense. It’s a selection of what we managed to capture in a fast-moving world. A collage of moments that hit both real emotion and the perfect feed. This was 2024: beautiful, intense, and (almost) always on the run. But real.
