2015 in review

Trebuie sa recunoastem: nu avem talent la desen. Odata am desenat un leu si Madalina a trebuit sa ghiceasca ce e: mi-a zis ca e brad. Daca am sti sa desenam, probabil anul 2015 ar arata precum pulsul la ECG, cu urcari bruste si cu caderi in hau. Probabil asta defineste viata.

Anul acesta am pierdut oameni care ne-au marcat viata, dar am si castigat numerosi prieteni. Am calatorit aproape de casa dar si departe de ea. Ne-am bucurat de toate experientele faine pe care le-am trait langa oamenii care au decis sa inceapa o noua etapa din viata, alaturi de noi. Ne amintim cu drag de:

– detaliile vintage care ne-au provocat febra musculara la degetul aratator, resposabil de declansarea aparatului, la nunta lui Beni si a Anei
– Viena si detaliile cu personalitate de la nunta lui Dorin si a Evei
– tortul fain al lui Ionut si al Esterei
– spiritul interbelic al coafurii lui Lili, buchetul de lavanda si buna dispozitie a lui Oty
– prognoza care ne-a speriat inainte de nunta lui Catalin si a Tabitei dar care in final a fost in favoarea noastra
– petrecerea plina de viata de la nunta Anei si a lui Luci
– eleganta locatiei nuntii lui Dan si a Ancai
– exercitiile de commando pe care le-am facut pentru ca Adriana sa nu ne vada cand i-a spus “DA” lui Darius
– puloverele de sarbatoare al lui Adrian si al Ligiei
– data de 14 Februarie fara trandafiri rosii petrecuta alaturi de Dani si Andreea
– zapada in care ne-am impotmolit in mijlocul primaverii cu Daniela si Daniel
– Brasovul cel plin de farmec in care ne-am regasit cu Beni si Maria
– Rocky cel cu papion
– selfie-ul de 200 de persoane de la nunta lui Emi si a Elizei
– fetita careia i-a parut rau ca s-a angajat sa arunce petale inaintea mirilor
– parintii minunati ai lui Ruben si ai Annei
– fulgii mari de zapada de la nunta lui Cristi si a Madalinei
– buna dispozitie molipsitoare a Andreei
– Daniel Putineanu, despre care se spune ca daca nu il ai prezent in macar o postare pe site, nu esti inca fotograf de nunta. Nu a lipsit nici de la nunta lui Adi & Abi si a facut treaba buna, nu-i asa Abi?
– costumele burgheze ale lui Edi si ale Ancai
– Vacuta care ne pusese gand rau cand i-am fotografiat pe Cristi si Georgiana
– luminite, luminite, luminite

We have to admit: we have no talent for drawing. Once I drew a lion, and Madalina had to guess what it was: she said it was a fir tree. If we knew how to draw, probably the year 2015 would look like the ECG heart rate, with sudden ascents and falls. Perhaps that’s what defines life.

This year we lost people who have marked our lives, but we’ve also gained many friends. We traveled close to our home, but also far from it. We enjoyed all the nice experiences we’ve lived near people who have decided to begin a new chapter of their lives with us. We remember fondly about:

– the vintage details that have caused us muscle soreness at our index fingers, responsible of triggering the camera, at Beni and Ana’s wedding
– Vienna and the details with personality from Dorin and Eva’s wedding
– Ionut and Estera’s beautiful cake
– Lili’s interwar hairstyle and lavender bouquet and Oty’s good humour
– the weather that scared us before Catalin and Tabita’s wedding, but in the end, it was in our favor
– the lively party from Ana and Luci’s wedding
– Dan and Anca’s elegant wedding location
– the commando exercises we’ve done because we didn’t want Adriana to see us when she said “yes” to Darius
– Adrian and Ligia’s holiday sweaters
– February 14th without red roses, spent with Dani and Andreea
– the snow we’ve been stuck in mid-spring with Daniela and Daniel
– the charming Brasov, where we’ve met Beni and Maria
– Rocky and his bow
– the 200 people selfie from Emi and Eliza’s wedding
– the little girl who felt sorry that she has pledged to throw petals before the grooms
– Ruben and Anna’s wonderful parents
– the big snow flakes at Cristi and Madalina’s wedding
– Andreea’s contagious good humour
– Daniel Putineanu, the guy about it’s said that if he’s not present at least in one post on the site, it means you’re not yet a wedding photographer. He didn’t miss either at Adi & Abi’s wedding, and he did a good job, is that right, Abi?
